I have fond memories of eating at Amazing Sandwich in Thailand. After eating rice, curry and beef salad for seven days, I was very excited to settle down and have a good sandwich.
The rolls were pillowy and the ingredients solid. It reminded me of the Yellow Sub in Fort Collins, Colorado but not quite on that level but like the Yellow Sub, they serve fries, which is always nice. Beer, like everywhere else in Thailand, is served and beyond that we were treated to the classic 45 minute version of 'Blue Room' by The Orb while we ate. Drinking Chang while listening to blips and bleeps in the majestic settings of the temples, it was as close to having a sublime sandwich experience as I've ever had.
